Recruitment Process
Anglo-Polish can manage the complete recruitment process via Offices in the UK and Poland as well as relationships with leading agencies in Poland, for specialist labour requirements.
For temporary workers we select candidates to Clients brief and ensure that they have relevant experience and documentation.
For permanent workers we short list a range of CVs according to the brief and forward to the Client. We will assess English language skills and formal testing can be arranged if required. Some Clients then opt to conduct telephone interviews, to interview in person in Poland or via video conference. All workers can be supplied with a Replacement Guarantee whereby Anglo-Polish will replace a worker at ANY stage of the hire period should they become unsuitable, at no cost.
