We select our workers according to the following criteria:

Good English Language Skills

We test the English skills of our workers according to the harmonised standards set in the Common European Framework by the Council of Europe

Construction Experience

All workers have several years experience so that they are familiar with working on a construction site and have a good understanding of health and safety issues.

Multi-Skilled

All workers are practical and versatile, with multiple skill sets.

Team Players

All workers have the right attitudes to be constructive team players.

Highly Motivated

All workers are committed, hard working and productive.

Only 1 in 20 candidates is selected!

Training Programme

We then provide the following training and testing at Anglo-Polish’s cost:

3 day New Operatives Course by HSE registered training provider

Health and Safety Awareness Course
CITB Health and Safety Test
CSCS Operatives Card

We can also select and train Operatives to your specific requirements.
