Anglo-Polish provides a complete Workers Support Programme for each Polish worker from arrival in the UK onwards. This ensures that workers supplied are:

This Programme includes:

Cultural Awareness and Social Integration
Anglo-Polish can:

Arrange all aspects of the workers arrival in the UK: from travel plans to reception on arrival and transport to site.
Conduct a cultural awareness and social integration programme based on the practical needs of the workers ranging from local orientation, to managing UK government registration and setting up bank accounts to taking care of the first week’s groceries and advising where to buy mobile phone SIM cards.
Ensure sufficient number of competent English speaking Team Leaders.
Organise transport to and from work (if required).

Accommodation
Anglo-Polish provides suitable and well located accommodation for all its temporary workers and, if required, also for permanent workers.

Ongoing Welfare Support
Anglo-Polish provide on-going welfare support for all workers. This provides Clients with the reassurance that their workers are being well looked after and is an important factor in ensuring their continued productivity and efficiency. An Anglo-Polish Director is available round the clock to manage any aspect of labour discipline or social need and for Temporary workers will make regular visits to the site.

This comprehensive package can be tailored to individual Client’s requirements so that Clients are assured of getting the right workers with the right skills backed up with the right level of worker support.

How We Can Help You

Temporary Hire:
Anglo-Polish is best suited to medium / long term contract periods and there is usually set a minimum number of workers per project, due to our comprehensive service.

Permanent Hire:
There is no minimum number of workers per project and all additional support packages can be commissioned as required.
